Do you stock Malaysian, Brazilian or Peruvian hair. Do you stock Grade 5A, 6A, 7A, 8A?
Quality hair is our highest concern. At this time we only sell raw and virgin hair. We do however plan to offer South Eastern hair textures in the future. We do not sell Grade hair, Raw Virgin Hair is ONE Grade! Raw Virgin hair is not scaled on a grade scale, we only sale hair from Hair Cutting Countries.
What is the lengths of Crowned Mane hair extensions?
Crowned Mane Hair extensions come in lengths 10-32 inches in our Virgin textures & 10-30 in our Raw textures.
What is the density of your closures and frontals?
Our closures and frontals are 120% - 140% density to help create a more natural appearance. Our closures and frontals do not come with bleached knots, as we leave this option for each customer to consider. Knot bleaching services are available upon request for an extra fee.
Understanding Raw hair extensions?
No Mixed fibers or filers. Hair is never colored, Bundles may be various tones of natural black, dark brown, light brown, or may have lighter colored ends. Cuticles are aligned and NEVER removed. Hair may come in different natural shades of brown: Including lighter ends, and can be present with both closures and frontals as well. NATURAL HAIR IS NEVER COLORED.
Return policy or exchange policy?
No Refunds, exchanges only. You must contact us within 3 business days after receiving your items to be issued a exchange. Return shipping has to be paid by sender, if customer wishes to change the texture of hair. Hair can't be worn first and then returned, must stay in the same state it was in when shipped. To make an exchange please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your items. We will respond within 24 hours to resolve issues. Processing times for hair extensions orders and wigs will increase up to 3-5 additional days during sale events and inclement weather.
When will I receive my order?
After your order has been processed, shipping can take between 1-3 business days dependent upon your location. Please take this in consideration prior to completing your order. Sale events increases the likelihood of certain textures/closures and frontals selling out at a higher rate, just as sale events/holidays may with physical retail stores. My top priority is that each customer receives quality products and we never compromise on quality due to higher order volumes. Each bundles, closure, or frontal is still REQUIRED to be thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to shipping, in which this process will take longer when order volumes are greatly increased during sale events.
How long does shipping usually take?
Raw Hair shipping will take up to 7-15 Business days. Virgin Hair Shipping will take up to 2-5 Business days. Please note that business operations are only fulfilled 5 days during the 7 day work period, in which weekends DO NOT count as business days. Our Hair comes straight from India and Cambodia so great hair takes time to come in. Tracking numbers are issued for order. Address changes are not allowed after order has been made.
